There are many health benefits physically, emotionally, and psychologically to yoga. The connection between your body and how you feel about yourself and your relationships is powerful.  

We are happy to offer our clients at a very affordable rate very small group and individualized yoga sessions to help you work through what you are discussion with your visionary therapist.

Each group is limited to only six people to allow the certified instructor to pay attention to you and make the experience as therapeutically beneficial as possible.
